How can I register for the Rosenberger Bonus Club Card program?

  • To be able to register for the Rosenberger Bonus Club Card program, you must be able to prove that you are a bus driver or tour guide and are at least 18 years old.
  • You have several options to register:

Online: You can register here. Please fill out the online form completely. Once you have registered, your customer number will be displayed and sent to you by email using a QR code, which you can use to collect points at all locations with immediate effect. Your physical card will be sent to you by post within 2-3 weeks.

Locally at a Rosenberger location of your choice: Alternatively, you can register at any of our locations using a tablet. Once you have registered, your customer number will be displayed and sent to you by email using a QR code, which you can use to collect points at all locations with immediate effect. Your physical card will be sent to you by post within 2-3 weeks.

Does it cost anything?

  • No. Registration and participation is free of charge.

How can I change my personal details?

  • You can change your personal data (address, password, email address, telephone number, employer, etc.) at any time online. Alternatively, you have the option of notifying us of your change requests by e-mail to sales@rosenberger.cc.

How can I change my password?

  • You can change your password online at any time. Please use a combination of numbers that you can easily remember.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

  • If you forget your password, you always have the option of resetting it online. Please have your card ready for this. You will then soon receive a code at the email address you have stored with us, which you can use to reset your password.

How can I revoke my consent to advertising (newsletter, SMS, etc.)?

  • To revoke your consent to advertising (newsletter, SMS, etc.), please send us an email to sales@rosenberger.cc.

Where can I find my card number?

  • You can find your card number on the back of your card. If you have lost your card, you can also find your personal card number in emails or newsletters that you have received from us.

I’ve lost my card. How can I get a replacement?

  • If you have lost your card, you can order a replacement card by emailing sales@rosenberger.cc. Your replacement card will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Your replacement card will automatically be assigned to your customer account. Please also note that a new card number will be created when you send your replacement card. Your old card number will be deactivated for security reasons. The points you have collected will of course remain in your account.

I want to end my participation. What do I need I do?

  • We are sorry that you no longer wish to participate in the Rosenberger Bonus Club Card program. If you have definitively decided to cancel, we need you to notify us by e-mail at sales@rosenberger.cc in order to process the cancellation.

FREE CONSUMPTION

Under what conditions can I, as a Bonus Card holder, consume free of charge at Rosenberger locations?

  • The prerequisite for free consumption as part of the Bonus club program is that you visit our location in a professional capacity (as a bus driver or tour guide). All meals consumed for private visits are chargeable. However, you have the option to pay for such meals using previously collected bonus points.

How do I get my free consumption?

  • Show your Bonus Club card at the cash desk marked for Bonus Club customers before placing your order.

Is there an upper limit in terms of value for free consumption?

  • There is currently no upper limit for free consumption. However, we reserve the right to introduce an upper limit.

COLLECTING POINTS

How can I collect points?

  • You can collect points easily and conveniently at any of our Rosenberger locations. The following requirements must be met for this:
  • You must check in at the location with demonstrably at least 20 consuming guests from your travel group.
  • Show your Bonus Club card at the cash desk marked for Bonus Club customers before placing your order.

How many points do I get for each visit to Rosenberger?

  • For every visit with a proven group of 20 or more consuming guests, you will receive 20 Rosenberger bonus points.
  • You will not receive any Rosenberger bonus points for private visits or visits with fewer than 20 consuming guests.

How much is a point worth?

  • One Rosenberger bonus point corresponds to an equivalent value of 0.50 euros.

When will my points be credited?

  • The Rosenberger bonus points you have collected will be credited immediately after your visit.

Why is my card blocked?

  • Your card may be blocked for a variety of reasons.

Your card has been reported to us as lost.

Your card may have been misused.

Your company affiliation is checked at regular intervals. It is possible that this check could not be carried out.

Where can I view my current score?

  • You can view the points you have collected online at any time. Furthermore, we will inform you regularly about your score in our newsletter communication.

REDEEMING POINTS

How can I redeem my points?

  • There are two ways to redeem your Rosenberger bonus points.

Firstly, you have the option of redeeming your points on site at any of our locations by presenting your Rosenberger Bonus Club Card at the designated cash desk.

You can also redeem your bonus points in our online reward shop.

What claims do I have with regard to warranty, guarantee and complaints for products ordered in the shop

  • The statutory warranty rights apply to all rewards from the Rosenberger Bonus Club rewards shop. Please note the legal terms and conditions.
  • In addition to the statutory warranty rights, some manufacturers also grant you a guarantee for certain items. Please note that this is a service provided by the respective manufacturer and any claims must be registered with them directly.
  • If your reward item does not work or is defective, please refer to our detailed information on service and returns processing.

How can I cancel and return reward items?

  • In principle, you have the option of cancelling your reward order within the statutory deadlines. Please contact us by email at sales@rosenberger.cc.

What is the approximate delivery time for the rewards?

  • The delivery time for the rewards you have selected from the Rosenberger Rewards Shop is around 3-4 weeks.

POINTS EXPIRY

How long my points are valid?

  • Every collected Rosenberger Bonus Club Card bonus point is valid for 18 months from the time the points are credited. After this period, the points expire on the respective key date. You will be informed regularly via your points account and in our emails whether and how many of the points you have collected will expire.

How can I secure my points that are at risk of expiry?

  • We will inform you as soon as your points are at risk of expiry. Please remember to redeem your points in good time and before the points expire. You can redeem your points on site, at any of our Rosenberger locations, or in the Rosenberger rewards shop.
